A unique ski area!

Incredible panoramas and an infinite variety of slope styles have made the Tignes – Val d’Isère ski area world famous. A total of 300 km to cover, for all levels, not forgetting the off-piste fans. Thanks to ideal weather conditions and slopes perched up to 3456m, it is also one of the few areas in Europe to guarantee snow from mid-December to early May.

A green and lively resort

Tignes has a history of almost 100 years of welcoming ski lovers. From 1936, when it installed its first ski lift, to its current 97 ski lifts, it is an ultra-functional resort that delights all sportsmen and women.

As for the après-ski, it is not to be outdone either: high-altitude bars, DJs, restaurants, nightclubs and shops enliven the resort from top to bottom.

With respect for the environment: it is also a sustainable resort with the Green Globe label since 2015.

Four villages, four atmospheres

From the most authentic to the most festive, the 4 villages that make up the resort of Tignes complement each other perfectly for the pleasure of all skiers. From the traditional chalets of Tignes les Brévières and their wooded park, through the plunging views of Tignes les Boisses over the Isère valley, we find ourselves at Tignes le Lac, the beating heart of Tignes and its frozen lake, a giant mirror reflecting the mountains. Then we continue our ascent to Val Claret, suspended at 2300 metres, a village for night owls who love to party. Served 24 hours a day by shuttles.
